Welcome! I'm a licensed, board-certified acupuncturist providing skilled, compassionate care for over nineteen years to my patients in the Denver / Wheat Ridge area.

My specialties, facial rejuvenation acupuncture and integrative microneedling, help my patients to look AND feel healthier, more relaxed and revitalized, while lifting & toning facial muscles and skin, brightening one's complexion and diminishing fine lines.

At its finest, acupuncture is preventative medicine. Chronic signs and symptoms naturally diminish or disappear when the body, mind and spirit are in balance. My general practice helps patients with issues including muscular pain, allergies, insomnia, low immunity, IBS, infertility, stress, depression and anxiety.

Overall, my style is eclectic, and customized to my patient's needs. I integrate trigger point myofascial release work, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese and 5-Element Acupuncture with vibrational therapy (tuning forks), aromatherapy, yoga therapy, cupping, gua sha and biopuncture (injection therapy).

I'm a passionate student and educator of facial rejuvenation acupuncture. In 2014, I completed the most comprehensive facial rejuvenation acupuncture program in the world with my facial acupuncture mentor, Mary Elizabeth Wakefield. As a certified teacher of Wakefield's Foundational work, I teach seminars to acupuncture students and practitioners throughout Colorado.

In 2018, I co-created EastWest Microneedling, an educational company that teaches other acupuncturists how to integrate our holistic style of microneedling into their practices. www.eastwestmicroneedling.com

I served from 2004-2007 as the Public Relations Representative and Vice President of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado, and served as their office manager from 2009 - 2010.
