Biography
Dr. Becky Burgess, DACM is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture and Chinese herbology and licensed by the state of Colorado. She graduated with a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado and with a doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. She completed a clinical internship in acupuncture and herbal medicine at the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Hospital in Harbin, China.
She currently operates Urban Herbs, a national wholesaler of Chinese herbs as well as runs a multi-disciplinary wellness center in Vail, Colorado called Vail Valley Wellness.
She focuses on anxiety, stress, and women's health and incorporates many modalities beyond traditional Chinese medicine to help her patients reach their health goals.
