● Master's and PhD in Acupuncture and Tuina from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM), the top-ranking Chinese medicine university in China.
● Worked in the nationally recognized Guoyitang clinic in Beijing for over seven years
● Nationally certified Acupuncturist
● Professor at both the Denver CSTCM and Boulder SWAC colleges of TCM
● Published numerous articles in Chinese and English, including both graduate dissertations.
Lineages
● Primarily tuina lineage: Imperial School of tuina, specializing in orthopedic conditions such as herniated discs, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, knee pain, etc.
● Three acupuncture lineages:
Yu Style, specializing in neuropathy, stroke, facial paralysis/palsy, headaches and digestion.
Guo Style, specializing in gynecological, dermatological, endocrine, musculoskeletal, developmental and mental disorders.
Ma Style, specializing in shingles, headaches, polycystic ovarian syndrome, menstrual irregularity, anxiety and insomnia.
● Primary herbal lineage: Yan Zhenghua lineage, specializing in treating digestive, endocrine, dermatological, respiratory, urinary and immunological disorders.
● Formal disciple of ba gua zhang Master Gao Jiwu, the lineage holder of the Gao Branch of Liang Style Baguazhang.
