Biography
I am an acupuncturist, bodyworker, Chinese Medicine herbalist, and artist of many walks. To me, service to others means to continually engage in a healing relationship with my whole self - body, heart, mind, and Spirit. As a Denver native, I am blessed that years of study and service have culminated in a Women’s Whole Health practice based in Denver, CO. My Chinese Medicine practice springs from and continues to be inspired by the healing and sense of empowerment that activates when I am able to completely surrender and relax into the moment in my Taichi practice.
I was drawn to the Chinese Healing Arts - including ancient Chinese philosophy, meditation, acupuncture and internal martial arts - in college as a way to better understand myself, my heritage, and my health where Biomedicine provided only symptomatic relief. In the process, I rediscovered a deep sense of empowerment and authority within. It is the experience of belonging powerfully to myself that I wish to share with others.
With gratitude for this life-long journey, I invite you to experience and interact with your body’s authentic truth. My practice continues to grow and be inspired by my incredible teachers and mentors, like Josephine Spilka, Jeffrey Yuen, Cui Yan, and Maya Suzuki.
